Money is not a status symbol in the Vampire world like it is for humans.Ĭamarilla like Anarchs say, is like a pyramid scheme, one really old vampire has vampires working for them, and each of those vampires have their own vampires working for them and so on, and so on and no one really knows who's on top or how far the chain goes. So money is not a problem for them, nor do they really need it - its just a tool to them like anything else. And indeed everyone in the vampire world is shady. They're vampires, they're not really bound by human laws, they can sell drugs to people for all anyone cares and get rich on what humans would consider 'shady'.
Even the player character can get tons of money during the game, and probably even after that with ease. Everyone has money, that's not the issue for him, it's about how he thinks power should be distributed. No it's not about rich bourgeois or that kind of stuff.
